Have you ever wonder why people are so into Facebook, Friendster, Flixter and other networking pages. Take a closer look through yours and others pages. I can only say 1 thing from that.

JUST FACE IT.. PEOPLE REALLY LOVE THEMSELVES

For Facebook, one of the online networking phenomenon with over 100000 million users and with their pages full of photos and updates on its users. Have you ever thought of it. We purposely update everything including what we are doing right now even those things we wrote are just craps.

It is true that this online networking phenomenon can actually expose narcissists. Glamorous potraits of ourself, the long lists of friends which I can say how many of those friends do you really know actually, and some self-promoting 'wall' comments.

"Take a look at my Facebook page, aren't I gorgeous and successful". Yes from all the photos we put somehow it does bring those meaning whether we approve it or not. Showing only the best pictures of us among tones of pictures taken. And showing where we actually are especially those staying overseas. We are very successful, aren't we.

Well its not wrong since we have alternative purpose such as showing old friends where we are right now. A good picture of us can also show that we are doing fine where ever we are. And for those who has an urban like parents who actually have facebook too, our parents can feel relief seeing us doing well.
